Site Plan Requirements

In accordance with the City of Loudon Zoning Ordinance 14-313, all persons, businesses, or organizations applying for a building permit must first submit two (2) copies of a site plan to the City of Loudon Planning & Zoning staff for all developments considered commercial, residential complex, and industrial developments at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting at which it is to be considered. A permit will not be issued unless a plan is submitted and approval from the Loudon Regional Planning Commission is given to the Building Official.
