Historic Zoning
The Historic Zoning Commission may make determinations within the Historic District for the following:
Use the forms below to request changes which might affect the character of any building or structure or the general compatibility of exterior design, arrangement, texture, and material of a building or parcel within the Loudon Historic District.
- Altering or demolishing any building or structure
- Signs erected and on attached to structures
- Exterior architectural features
- New buildings and structures to be constructed
- Exterior design of any new extension of any modifications to existing building or structures
- Front yards, side yards, rear yards, off-street parking spaces
- Location of entrance drives into property or sidewalks along the public right-of-way
